    Eligibility for Returns:

    Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.
    Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

    Return Process:

    Initiate Return: Contact us by emailing  maplewoodtavern@gmail.com or call us at (989) 464-0465 to initiate your return. Provide the  reason for the return and how you would like to return the item. 


    Prepare Your Return: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation.


    Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.


    Return at the tavern: You can come to the tavern during open business hours to exchange or return the item purchased.
    Refunds

    Refund Eligibility:

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
    Partial Refunds:

    Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive a partial refund at our discretion.


    Late or Missing Refunds:

    If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
